OFR_99/103: sending IP blacklisted by Orange
Orange has put your sending IP on its own blacklist, so it refuses your mail. Codes 99 and 103 both mean this, and the way out is the Orange contact form.

What it means
Orange keeps a blacklist of its own alongside the public ones it checks. Codes 99 and 103 in its table both mean your sending IP address is on it. Unlike codes 100 to 102, which point to Abusix, Spamhaus and Cloudmark, this listing is internal, so a public blocklist lookup will not show it and only Orange can remove it. Its resolution for both codes is the same: contact Orange through the form linked from its postmaster page, choosing the deliverability option.
Common causes
- Mail from your IP drew spam reports or hit Orange protections.
- Your sending breaks the Orange delivery guidelines, such as missing authentication or a poor list.
- The IP was used for abuse before you received it.
How to fix it
- 01Go through the Orange delivery guidelines: static IP, valid PTR and HELO, SPF, DKIM and DMARC that pass.
- 02Stop any unwanted or unsolicited mail leaving the IP.
- 03If the problem continues after the fix, use the Orange contact form linked from its postmaster page and choose the option "Un problème d'envoi d'emails vers les adresses Orange ou Wanadoo (deliverability issue)".
