About · MailVitals

Email people asked for should reach them.

MailVitals exists for that one reason. When a message someone wanted lands in spam, or never arrives, the sender should know why, in plain English, with the exact fix in hand.

Our mission

What we are here to do

Make deliverability something every sender can see, understand and fix.

Inbox providers judge every message by rules they do not publish, and they rarely tell a sender when the answer is no. Most people find out weeks later, from a customer who never got the email. We build the tools that show you what the providers see: the records, the reputation, the placement. Then we tell you what to do about it.

How we work

Four rules we hold ourselves to

Plain English first
Every finding says what broke, why it matters for your inbox rate and what to change. A term that needs explaining gets explained.
The exact fix
A score tells you something is wrong. We hand you the record to paste, the setting to change or the list to contact, and check again afterwards.
Only numbers we can show
The blacklist wiki documents 55 lists. Live testing found that some of them no longer answer at all, and had been counted as clean. So we check 34, and 34 is the number we claim.
Free where it can be
15 tools, 38 articles and 4 courses with 113 lessons, with no account needed for any of them.

Who is behind it

A small team you can reach

MailVitals is run by Frank, an email deliverability expert and co-owner of MailVitals and Pulse. He confirms every demo request himself and answers the consulting requests personally.

Questions, corrections or something we got wrong: write to hello@mailvitals.com. A person reads it.
