OFR_102: sending IP listed by Cloudmark
Orange refused your mail because your sending IP is listed by Cloudmark. Cloudmark has its own reset request form for the IP.

What it means
Code 102 means your sending IP is on the Cloudmark blocklist, one of the three Orange names in its guidelines along with Abusix and Spamhaus. Orange refuses the mail and points to the Cloudmark reset request page at csi.cloudmark.com, where you enter the IP to check its status and ask for a reset. As with the other public lists, the removal happens at Cloudmark, and Orange accepts mail again once the IP is clear.
Common causes
- Cloudmark scored mail from the IP as spam.
- Recipients at networks using Cloudmark reported mail from the IP.
- A previous user of the IP left it with a poor score.
How to fix it
- 01Open the Cloudmark reset request page at csi.cloudmark.com and enter the IP.
- 02Fix whatever caused the listing before you request the reset.
- 03Retry delivery after Cloudmark clears the IP.
