Three managed packages, billed monthly or yearly with two months free. Every domain gets its own MX host, DKIM selector and TLS certificate, and sends only through your own warmed dedicated IPs. Once your IPs are ready, we set it up within 24 to 48 hours.

Fair use on every package: up to 50 sends per mailbox per day, warm-up included. That is about 1,500 cold emails a day on Minimum, 5,000 on Steady and 15,000 on Strong.

The software is yours to keep running. If you stop renewing, Pulse keeps working on your servers but gets no new versions, security fixes or support.

Pulse pricing, answered.
- How fast is Pulse set up?
- Within 24 to 48 hours once your warmed IPs are ready. Our IPs arrive in batches, and a deposit holds your place in the next one; the sign-up page shows its date. We set up the servers, the DNS for every domain, the mailboxes and their warm-up, and push the mailboxes into your sending tool.
- Do I need my own sending tool?
- Yes. Pulse is the infrastructure underneath: the mailboxes go into PlusVibe, Smartlead or Instantly, and your campaigns run there as they do today.
- Are domains included?
- No. A package sets how many domains Pulse runs for you, with their DNS, mailboxes and certificates; the domains themselves are yours. Bring your own, or we register them for you at cost and bill that on top of the package.
- Are the IPs shared with anyone?
- No. All of your domains send through your own warmed dedicated IPs, and those IPs are never shared with another customer.
- What does fair use mean?
- Up to 50 sends per mailbox per day, warm-up included, with at most 5 mailboxes on one domain. On Steady that is about 5,000 cold emails a day.
- What happens when I outgrow my package?
- Add extra domains, mailboxes or IPs at any time, or move up a package. Because extras cost a little more per unit, moving up is usually cheaper once you need a lot more.
- Is Beat included?
- Yes. Every package includes the matching Beat plan: Minimum with Minimum, Steady with Steady, Strong with Strong. Beat watches your domains, records and blacklists and tells you the exact fix.
- How does annual billing work?
- You pay ten months for twelve. Add-ons are billed monthly whichever period you choose.
- Can I resell Pulse?
- Only with the Pulse Reseller Licence for self-hosted Pulse. Managed packages and the Pulse Licence cover your own sending and your clients’ campaigns.
