Open a ticket below or email us. Either way it is read by a person who does deliverability for a living, and the first reply is usually the fix.
Other ways in
Prefer your own mail client? Same inbox as the form. A person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, Paris time.
If a scan or tool is not answering, the status page says so before you do.
For a deliverability problem that needs someone inside your setup rather than an answer by email.
What to put in the message
The domain
The sending domain, and the subdomain if you use one. Most questions can be answered from a live look at the DNS, so this alone often gets you the fix in the first reply.
What you expected and what you saw
The tool or report you ran, what it said, and what you think it should have said. A screenshot is welcome but the text of the finding is better: it can be searched.
The bounce or the headers
For a rejected or spam-foldered message, paste the full bounce text or the raw headers of a message that landed wrong. The provider’s own wording is the fastest path to the cause.
What changed recently
A new ESP, a new sending tool, a DNS edit, a jump in volume, a new list. Deliverability problems almost always follow a change, and naming it saves a round of questions.
Answer it yourself first
Billing and account
Beat is billed by its own app, and plan changes and cancellation happen there. For an invoice question or a charge you do not recognise, email us with the account address and we sort it out.
Consulting is billed per hour worked on the scope you approved. Questions about an invoice go to the same address, with the invoice number. The refund policy covers the rest.
