Major. Consulted directly by the big mailbox providers and mail gateways. A listing here can block your mail almost everywhere, so a scan reports it as critical.
What it lists
Entire ISP/ASN ranges due to widespread abuse originating from that network.
Impact
Low-Medium: many email administrators consider Level 3 too aggressive and do not use it. However, some smaller filters do reference it.
How to check
Run your IP or domain through the blacklist checker, which queries this zone live.
How to delist
5 steps below, ending on the list's removal page.
Auto-expiry

How to get delisted

  1. 01Check your ASN status at uceprotect.net
  2. 02This is an ISP-level issue, so contact your hosting provider
  3. 03Request that your ISP address spam sources across their network
  4. 04Consider switching to a different hosting provider if your ISP is unresponsive
  5. 05Express delisting is available for a fee, but the underlying ISP issue needs resolution
