JMRP
Microsoft's complaint feedback loop for Outlook.com: senders who enroll receive a report when Outlook.com users mark their messages as junk.
What it means
JMRP is Outlook.com's feedback loop, run from the same site as Smart Network Data Services. Microsoft's SNDS pages describe it as a program that lets you receive reports when users junk your messages, and the portal lets IP owners view IP data and manage feedback loop settings in one place.
It is managed in the SNDS portal, where access is granted per IP address after an authorisation step. Each report identifies a message an Outlook.com user marked as junk, so the recipient can be suppressed and the campaign that caused it reviewed.
JMRP covers Outlook.com, Microsoft's consumer service (hotmail.com, live.com and outlook.com addresses). Microsoft 365 business mailboxes are not part of it: M3AAWG's 2019 position paper notes that Microsoft's hosted business mail had no feedback loop.
